Making Your New Patient Appointment

It's easy to schedule your initial examination and dental treatments. Simply call our office at (561) 622-5600, and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.

No Dental Insurance? No Problem!

We offer a New Patient Special: $100 for your first visit! This special includes a full set of X-rays, a comprehensive exam, and a cleaning appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other patients seeking quality dental care.

Your First Visit: What to Expect

Your initial comprehensive dental exam and X-rays will take around one hour. When you walk into our lobby, our friendly team will greet you and provide you with new patient paperwork.

New Patient Paperwork

To save time, please arrive a few minutes early. We will provide you with forms that include:

A health questionnaire.
A request for your dental insurance and contact information.
Information on our office policies, including patient privacy (HIPAA).

Initial Examination Details

We’ll ask you questions and listen to your oral health concerns.
We’ll provide education and tips to improve your oral health.
Our dental hygienist will perform a professional teeth cleaning.
Our dentists, Dr. Sam Holcroft and/or Dr. Nick Perez, will complete your examination and make recommendations for any proposed dental treatments.

Patient Comfort & Pain Management

We work to ensure all our patients feel comfortable. If you are undergoing a dental procedure, Dr. Sam will meet with you to discuss your pain tolerance and create a personalized plan for pain management.

We understand that every patient has different financial needs, and we are committed to helping you receive the high-quality dental care you deserve.

Dental Insurance We Accept

We accept most PPOs, but please note that NO HMO insurance is accepted. We also accept most Humana Medicare Advantage Plans. If you don't see your plan mentioned, please call—we may still accept it.

Accepted PPO plans include Humana, Delta Dental, MetLife, Florida Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Guardian, Aetna, and Cigna.
