I had a great first time visit I had pain in the back bottom tooth area. They pulled out some stuck food that my water pick couldn’t remove. Feels better right after I left. Also recommend going to oral surgeon to check out the wisdom tooth for a gap in that area. Great staff and Sam H explained everything. They got me in in the next day really caring staff. Thanks again Sam H. and staff will be coming Bach for periodic cleaning.

Grateful to my friend who recommended Holcroft Dentistry to me. Through the years, I have had extensive dental work done. Unfortunately, with time and age, much of this work needed to be examined and “redone”. Dr Perez and the team were incredible to work with. Many hours in the chair and follow up. But the work is completed! What a remarkably friendly and helpful team….from greeting, checking-in, there was consideration and concern every step of the way and through follow-up. When the work began there was a clear explanation of exactly what needed to be done over the course of several weeks. Can’t say it was fun or a pleasure! But Dr Holcroft, Dr Perez and everyone I engaged with were friendly, helpful and consistently considerate. Also, I must add, the office is clean, scheduling efficient, and wait times upon arrival brief.

Clinicians are great but front office staff was adamant I had a deductible and refused to listen to me and overcharged me by $56.00.

Found out after going to a new dentist , through X-rays , that my crown (about a year after getting it at Dr Hollcroft’s practice) - has to be replaced bc it was put in wrong , is throwing off my bite completely , & is dangerous to leave as is . Unfortunate for me …. Another $2-3,000 !

I am not sure how many years I have been seeing Dr.Holcroft but over ten years so far no bad experience. All his staff is exceptional. Had a front tooth chip the other day so Dr. Perez took care of me. Dr Holcroft booked . Dr Perez did an excellent job on bonding my teeth and matching color perfectly to the rest of my teeth. One of the things I love about Dr Holcroft is he is fair on pricing. Does not push for non essential procedures but will give you options and tell you exactly what is needed. Deanna his dental hygienist is not only very gentle she is good at her job. My pearly whites are a challenged due to heavy staining. I always leave with the best pearly white smile .There is never any bad attitude or negative statements,. 👋 His whole staff is outstanding 😃.I recommend Dr. Holcroft to anybody wanting to find a great dentist.

I moved from Boston and have been looking for a new dentist. Lucky me I found this practice from one of their advertisements. I went for my first time to the office for a cleaning. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk, to Dr. Holcroft's assistant, to Dr. Holcroft himself, to the Hygienist Sarah who did my cleaning, to the women at the check out...ALL exceptional!!! Dr. Holcroft took his time and was very thorough and shared his professional opinion with grace, his assistant was very thorough taking images and making sure I was comfortable, and Sarah was exceptional at the cleaning. Extremely thorough. The best experience I have had trying a new place and I will 100% be coming back as my primary dental office.

Holcroft dentistry is the best dentist I've used in my 60 years. I was embraces from 8-18 so I have visited many offices many many times. This staff are kind and caring and Dr. Holcroft is kind, professional and never judges. This to me is most important as I have health issues that have put my teeth on the back burner for a few years. He is helping to bring me and my mouth to perfect health with a kind and simple as well as affordable plan. I can't recommend this office enough.

Been going here for a little over a year and I'm very happy with them. This last visit was to have a permanent crown placed and to have fillings in several front teeth. The crown fits perfectly and is beautiful. Looks like a real tooth. The front fillings are also excellent and look so much better than before. Wonderful service and so professional.

I had an emergency situation with an extremely loose implant tooth. I was out of the State when it started getting loose. When I got back I called the office at 8:15 in the morning and explained my concerns. The staff said hold on and then said can you come into the office right away. I came to Dr Sam and Dr Nick for a cleaning and X-rays. Them and their team were top notch. They have a great, brand new location with a phenomenal staff. Sarah did my cleaning and x-rays and went above and beyond for me. By far the cleanest my teeth have ever been after a trip to the dentist. I will be coming here from now on!

I've known Doctor Holcroft for about 20 years but, had not scheduled an appoint in about 6 years. Needless to say, I needed some work done! I went yesterday and was treated like I was never absent. He is a good guy and a great Dentist with a awesome support staff!

This is the best Dentistry Office I've ever had in my 90 years and Ms. Diana (I call her Ms. Venezuela because she is from there and I know Venezuela from my sailing days) gets a Triple AAA every time. However, the Holcroft Cosmetic and Family Dentist office provided a great, comforting, and encouraging experience. I have been going to this practice for more than twenty-five years; they have done my veneers twice since I was seventeen. I fell and chipped one while out of town, and they were able to get me in the very next day and patched my veneer PERFECTLY. The bedside manner of Dr. Nick and the hygienist Sarah made me feel so calm and confident that everything would be okay! I wouldn't trust anyone else.

First time at Dr. Holcroft’s office for a cracked tooth. They were friendly and quick. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Gaby the doctor’s assistant made me feel at ease as well as the doctor. I was out in about an hour with no more toothache! I will definitely be going back. My prescription was put in before I left and was ready to be picked up right after. They made it as quick and painless as possible.

I was referred to the office by my sister who is an assistant at Holcroft’s Sara. Sara took my x-rays and did an amazing job, I then had a cleaning by Sarah who also did a very thorough job. Finishing Gina and Coby did a great job putting my treatment plan together and I also saw there interactions with other patients who were there at the same time as me. I was very pleased ! I am happy my sister is part of this great team!

Good Morning All, My experience with DeAnna at Holcroft Dentistry was perfect. She always alerts me by saying what is happening next during the cleaning process. She does a thorough cleaning and makes suggestions as to things I can do that will continue to make my gums and teeth healthier. Dr. Holcroft and the staff are friendly and make me feel comfortable every time I come to the office.

I was referred to Dr. Holcroft by my Periodontist. My consultation was Monday and on Tuesday Dr. Holcroft took care of two cavities that I had. I can't say enough about Dr. Holcroft and everyone that works there. Professional, kind, caring the list goes on. After only two short visits I feel like family. Dr. Holcroft was great! Explained everything, even as he was working on me. He took great care of me. I would highly recommend Holcroft Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. I have been a patient of Dr. Holcroft for a long time, and over the past year there has been some changes. There is a new office manager Gina, she is always very helpful, and I'm happy to see her back again! All the the girls there are friendly and it's really just a welcoming place to be when you walk in the door. A+ service!

So typically you will see reviews from the patients, but this review is something special. While I am considered a patient at times. I actually work for Dr. Holcroft. I can tell you he's a great dentist, but if you're a current patient you would already know that. What you don't know is what a great leader his is for his team, and how much effort he puts in behind the scenes. I think that goes a long way. I also want to give recognition to Diana our hygienist that has been with us the longest, her dedication and passion for dentistry is proven each day! Sarah, our other hygienist, who just cleaned my teeth on Thursday did an amazing job! Her warm spirit and singing always brings a smile to everyone around! Next, I have to mention Samantha, my main sidekick! She handles all of our insurance. It's a tedious job, but she's always a ray of sunshine! Plus she finds the best music to keep us all lively! Let's not forget the stars of the back office! Tori and Shelly are Doc's assistants, you won't find better anywhere else! They are always so sweet and patient! Let's be honest, most of you hate visiting the dentist! These girls really know how to make everyone feel comfortable. He will never try to fix something just because, he is straight forward and always clear on what I need.
