I had an emergency situation with an extremely loose implant tooth. I was out of the State when it started getting loose. When I got back I called the office at 8:15 in the morning and explained my concerns. The staff said hold on and then said can you come into the office right away. The knowledgable competent doc himself makes you feel comfortable. And let’s face it, no one enjoys the dentist. But this practice makes it not a bad experience at all. Highly recommend.

I have only great things to say about Dr Holcroft and his staff. Dr. Holcroft let me know every step of the way what he was doing during my lengthy procedure today which kept my mind at ease. Today I also hit the jackpot having Gina assist Dr. Holcroft. Many years ago Gina assisted Dr. Holcroft when I was a patient and she continues to be the kind, personable, skilled professional that she has always been. The great ones only get better with time. I have two or three more visits in the near future and I hope Gina is available on those days. I will make my schedule around hers.

I fell and chipped one while out of town, and they were able to get me in the very next day and patched my veneer PERFECTLY. I was immediately welcomed as a new patient and introduced to the staff, as soon as I walked in ! They are all personable and friendly! Sarah did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth. She explained everything she was going to do and answered all my questions. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Holcroft introduced himself, sat and took his time asking if I had any concerns or problem areas. He is personable and did a thorough exam! When I left, the girls in the front gave me a Welcome New Patient Gift! Everyone made me feel welcomed. Overall experience was very good!! Looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months😀

I was referred to the office by my sister who is an assistant at Holcroft’s Sara. Sara took my x-rays and did an amazing job, I then had a cleaning by Sarah who also did a very thorough job. Finishing Gina and Coby did a great job putting my treatment plan together and I also saw there interactions with other patients who were there at the same time as me. I was very pleased ! I am happy my sister is part of this great team!

Good Morning All, My experience with DeAnna at Holcroft Dentistry was perfect. She always alerts me by saying what is happening next during the cleaning process. She does a thorough cleaning and makes suggestions as to things I can do that will continue to make my gums and teeth healthier. Dr. Holcroft and the staff are friendly and make me feel comfortable every time I come to the office.
I was referred to Dr. Holcroft by my Periodontist. My consultation was Monday and on Tuesday Dr. Holcroft took care of two cavities that I had. I can't say enough about Dr. Holcroft and everyone that works there. Professional, kind, caring the list goes on. After only two short visits I feel like family. Dr. Holcroft was great! Explained everything, even as he was working on me. He took great care of me. I would highly recommend Holcroft Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. My wife has her first appointment for a cleaning in January 23.

I have been a patient of Dr. Holcroft for a long time, and over the past year there has been some changes. There is a new office manager Gina, she is always very helpful, and I'm happy to see her back again! All the the girls there are friendly and it's really just a welcoming place to be when you walk in the door. A+ service!
So typically you will see reviews from the patients, but this review is something special. While I am considered a patient at times. I actually work for Dr. Holcroft. I can tell you he's a great dentist, but if you're a current patient you would already know that. What you don't know is what a great leader his is for his team, and how much effort he puts in behind the scenes. I think that goes a long way. I also want to give recognition to Diana our hygienist that has been with us the longest, her dedication and passion for dentistry is proven each day! Sarah, our other hygienist, who just cleaned my teeth on Thursday did an amazing job! Her warm spirit and singing always brings a smile to everyone around! Next, I have to mention Samantha, my main sidekick! She handles all of our insurance. It's a tedious job, but she's always a ray of sunshine! Plus she finds the best music to keep us all lively! Let's not forget the stars of the back office! Tori and Shelly are Doc's assistants, you won't find better anywhere else! They are always so sweet and patient! Let's be honest, most of you hate visiting the dentist! These girls really know how to make everyone feel comfortable. Diana was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and delicate and I needed someone like her to work with me. Her skills made me feel very comfortable. He will never try to fix something just because, he is straight forward and always clear on what I need. Which definitely makes it a nice place to walk into. I’ve never had a problem scheduling an appointment that fits my schedule, never had an excessive amount of wait time for an apt, no problem ever rescheduling an appointment if I couldn’t make it, they’d fit me in promptly when I could. He does a fantastic job on my teeth. Never in any pain when he does his procedures. He is very thorough about what he does never had to come back for something being wrong with what he had done to my teeth. I have recommended Dr. Holcroft to anybody that has asked me about a family dentistry and would continue to do so.

Sam has been my dentist since our first meeting in BNI Networking lunch group in 2006. Three years ago he did two caps for me, after sending me to a local colleague for two root canals; because of Sam , and his very caring staff, I no longer cringe about going for dental work, as they are now more like family. In fact, yesterday afternoon Sam, assisted by John, effortlessly replaced a filling in just 30 minutes, with not a stitch of pain or anxiety on my part.I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Holcroft since he first opened his practice here. Not only have we had our regular cleanings here but each of us has had several procedures, all of which were successfully preformed with a minimum of discomfort. My wife has had some bad dental experiences in the past but I know that she totally trusts Dr. Holcroft to be gentle and careful. He has also responded quickly whenever we have had any kind of toothy emergency.

This has been my go to dental office for the past 4 years. I always refer my friends and family here because Dr. Holcroft and his staff are the best. I visited a few weeks ago! Marsha welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Soon after, John called me into the room and got me situated. This office is the cleanest office that I’ve ever been too. I waited for a few short minutes and John took my X-rays. Easiest set of X-rays I’ve ever done. Usually the assistant has to take my X-rays at least 3 times to get it right, but he was able to do it in one try! Dr. Holcroft came in shortly after and we began my procedure. I didn’t feel any pain during the 45 minutes I was in the chair. Dr. Holcroft did a wonderful job to make sure I was comfortable. As soon as the procedure was over, John walked me to the front and set me up with my follow up appointment. Marsha checked me out and I was on my way. The best experience I’ve had! Marsha even called me a few days later to see how I was doing. Thanks again Dr. Holcroft and Staff! I’ll be back in 4 months for my cleaning with Diana!

Dr. Holcroft has been my dentist for many years. Historically, I am sceptical of dentists, as many upsell services or fix "cavities" to increase profits, have poor chair-side manners, or painful. I spent many years dentist-hopping before I found one I was comfortable with. I have a condition several dentists have wanted to fix. All I heard were dire health warnings if I ignored it. The procedure is serious and expensive. During my first visit, Dr. Holcroft told me the condition was not threatening my health or the cosmetics of my teeth and the procedure was my choice. My condition is low-hanging fruit for less than honest dentists and Dr. Holcroft has never exploited it out of honesty and ethics. His position has spoken volumes of his character. I also live in Martin county and have plenty of dentisits closer. I highly recommend him.

Very humane, empathetic and professional team. I enjoyed my visits to them, but what I will always be greatful for is how they took care of my mom, who visits with me couple of times a year from abroad. She is not ideal patient to them for more than one reason, nevertheless they took care of her the best way they could. My mom said her teeth never felt this clean!! Very precious experience for my mom and I and I am very grateful for that!!
